Cherries from Wiesbaden-Frauenstein
Cherries from Wiesbaden-Frauenstein are quite well known in the area. There are several fields with cherry trees and you can buy them freshly picked from the field as in this photo. The cherries themselves are sweet and dark - my favorite!

When I was in Nova Scotia, they had these places where you could pick the fruit yourself and buy the amount that you pick - this one of those pick ur own places?
I'm cherry addict and we can find them like in your photo on side road and they are very expensive with prices between 3€ and 5€, how much cost one kg there?
I love fresh cherries. Over here the eastern part of the Free State province, especially the town of Ficksburg is producing cherries. In November each year, Ficksburg hosts the annual cherry festival.
