Funny balcony decoration
I hope you don't ask me what this is about since I don't have an idea myself. I just noticed it when I was walking by and decided to take a photo. Maybe this is "modern art balcony decoration"?Labels: balconies

They look like little disembodied doll heads on sticks. Very odd, but amusing.

These people are using old puppet theater heads for mini lamp shades.... actually when I was a kid we had puppets like these for our "Kasperltheater". Very interesting....these heads glow in the dark!! ha ha.
Sort of like a carton version of the dark age practice of impaling the enemy heads on tall sticks.

I think that goes in the category "weird, but cool somehow" for me.
I'd love to know why the owner feels obligted to put little heads on sticks. (and why are they just men?)
