Graffiti No. 3
A graffiti I found next to a playground. Only thing I found missing on this world map is the tip of the "boot" of South-Italy and a few islands got left out but besides that it seems to be alright.

Photos from Wiesbaden - a beautiful city located in a wine region (the Rheingau) at the Rhine River close to Frankfurt/Main, Germany

Not the Peters projection is it? Talented graffiti artists in Wiesbaden.
very nice! I cannot think of one place in South Africa, where I have ever seen graffiti like this -It looks as if it is a big thing in European countries.
Oh this graffiti look soo charming! I love the kid's faces!
Yeah, I even see Indonesia being included :-) cute well-done graffiti for sure...
bob - what is the Peters projection??
Thanks marieta, menggarang, anne, and maya for your comments. I caught my eye as well, being so colorful and positive. :)
Ok people, i bet the snail on the right will win the race, the second one is distracted looking behind!
Ups isn't this a race around the world in snail?
sooo cool!! LOL
fun graffitti!!
I LOVE it, talking about some really positive energy and happy "world" feeling in this one, I would like it to exist in my grey city :)
What beautiful work!! From my part of the world,we might include the Great Lakes and Hudson's Bay and maybe Vancouver Island, but the point is not geographical correctness but joy. Joy it does well. Good picture.
Very Colorful!
Nicola,
Nice photo. Very colorful work. Who paints these? Is it commissioned by the city?
Regards,
Mark
Cute!!
Thank you all for your comments! It's fun to read all of them!!
ggraph - I think they are commissioned. There's something called "Aktion Farbenfroh" - an initiative for a more colorful world (www.aktionfarbenfroh.de). They also want to enable sprayers to display their art without getting into trouble. I think it's been working out really well from what I've seen so far.
I liked this post very much. Thanks for sharing.
