Nice Dessert

First of all: I have a sweet tooth and I love desserts!! So this place here ("Die Waffel") is perfect for me - they serve waffles of all kinds. On the photo you see the "waffle of the day" with bananas, vanilla and chocolate sauce.

I had a Latte Macchiato with it which seems to be the "IN-coffee" for the last few years here in Germany.

And if you look closely, the guy next to us was reading the newspaper with a special about San Francisco (the 100th anniversary of the big earth quake).

You are soo good at this kind of photography. Maybe you should try it professionally. I am serious, this would not look out of place in an ad for a cafe.

Latte macchiato and waffle of the day for ME too :-) Yum...I have sweet tooth too here :-P

Oh ya...it's the 100th year of SF earthquake isn't it? Sandrine writes a post about it...wrote a comment, but i guess she doesn't post comments anymore. too bad ;-)

Wow, thank you all for your comments - seems like you all have a sweet tooth here :). Let me tell you - it was delicious!

suby - sure I'm having fun here! Especially when I get such yummy food ;).

nuno - I can't tell you how many I had - too bad I couldn't try all of them ;).

marc - actually, I just have 3 blogs but at the moment I'm a so-called "button pusher" for some of my colleagues, meaning they added me as a team member so I can publish their posts while they're on vacation...

ggraph/mark - you're doing good! Should I switch to German when commenting on your blog? :)

karine - Smile! Oh well... :)

Thanks a lot Ali! Well if someone here needs some food photos, I'd be happy to help out and eat the food afterwards of course ;).

dutchie - that's so funny! In German we actually also use it for 'head' - so if someone says that you "have something on your waffle" it means that you're a bit crazy.

maya - I saw Sandrine's post and had the same experiecne as you. Oh well, as long as she is reading them... What happened to Anthie by the way. Her blogs seem to have disappeared...

I guess it takes a real endurance to maintain a blog for a long time ;-) I have no idea what happen to Anthie...she doesn't to let us comment cause we're not members...it's true that everyone can do whatever s/he wants with a blog anyways :-)

Great idea Nicola, I will happily volunteer to eat all the Spanish food anyone might like to photograph for a food project too - especially the sweet things too. :)

Thanks for your comments, sandy & lore!

maya - very true! But I also tried to email her and didn't hear back from her. Hope everything is alright!

pamela - Smile! I'll let you know if somebody contacts me about Spanish food! ;)
